Did you know? Sri Lanka is the only country to grow true cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon. The thick hollow bark we mostly use in the U.S. is actually called Cassia. 

Organically grown and freshly harvested, our cinnamon is scraped from the bark of the tree and dried in the sun by family and villagers. It has a wonderfully sweet, spicy and bitter flavor that keeps changing as you chew the bark.
