100% Sri Lankan spices. Organically grown, freshly harvested, and dried in the sun by my family and villagers.

Cinnamon Sticks – $15

Did you know? Sri Lanka is the only country to grow true cinnamon or Ceylon cinnamon. The thick hollow bark we mostly use in the U.S. is actually from a plant called Cassia. Our Ceylon cinnamon has a wonderfully sweet, spicy and bitter flavor that keeps changing as you chew the bark.

Curry Powder – $15

My family's signature curry powder recipe. A terrific blend of Sri Lankan spices: cardamon, Ceylon cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, ginger, mustard seeds, black pepper, and curry leaves. The scent always reminds us of home. 

Chilly Powder – $12

Sri Lankan chili powder has a wonderfully sweet, burnt and spicy flavor. The powder is a bit hotter than our “chilly” pieces. Freshly harvested red chili peppers are dried in the sun and then grounded into a delicious red "chilly" powder.

Turmeric Powder – $14

Organically grown and freshly harvested turmeric bulbs that are dried in the sun and then grounded into a radiant golden yellow powder. Pairs beautifully with our black pepper seeds/powder when cooking for better absorption. A hint of sweetness in this bitter beauty. 

Chilly Pieces – $12

Sri Lankan chili pieces. A wonderfully sweet, burnt and spicy flavor. Organically grown, freshly harvested, and dried in the sun by family and villagers. Then crushed into delicious red "chilly" flakes or pieces.

Cloves – $12

A divine pungent scent of whole cloves are used for a variety of cuisines and drinks. Mix with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg and you have a homemade pumpkin pie spice.

Black Pepper Powder – $12

Sri Lankan black pepper and white pepper seeds grounded into this beautiful black-and-white powder blend. The white pepper seeds give it a little spicy kick in flavor. Pairs beautifully with our turmeric powder when cooking for better absorption.

Ginger Powder – $15

This soothing and warming spice has a refreshing pungent aroma. Organically grown and freshly harvested ginger root is dried in the sun by family and villagers. Then it is grounded into a delicious beige powder. 

Nutmeg Chips – $15

Sri Lankan nutmeg has a warm nutty and refreshing flavor with a hint of clove and pepper. It’s unique sweet, spicy and bitter taste makes it a versatile spice that goes well with spicy, savory and sweet dishes. It can be used in coffee, teas and other drinks too.
